That's obviously because, as an asset flip, the original asset is just a template that a real developer is supposed to build on to make a complete game. However, the Russian asset flipper behind this garbage just took the asset as-is and is trying to scam people into buying someone else's game template. Niko Belik/Piece of Voxel have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. The poorly translated English makes this game almost impossible to play.

It can be confusing and a little hard to understand at first and feel punishing for only being able to screw up twice. On the plus side the broken english actually made me laugh and adds a strange amount of charm once you get use to it
