You won't need the luck of the Irish to complete this game. Except Level 45... timing on that one is nuts. Running out of things to say since all the GraFi games are more or less the same with just a different skin. No new mechanics exist in this variant. One of the shorter ones, clocking in at less than 25 minutes to 100%.2 found this helpful
Grafi St. Patrick is a reskinned version of its previous installments, which are aimed at the casual puzzle fan and/or achievement collector. The same 100 bubble letter achievements unlock for clearing its 50 stages, and it still clocks around an hour of game time. Because it's still clean & presentable without any bugs, choosing recommended, but this review is actually mixed. Since there are few changes, the following is largely copied from my previous reviews:
Pros
+ Small footprint: 24MB + One-click control + Reliable physics, no wild momentum changes or wonky collisions + Introduces new mechanics every couple of stages + More challenging than previously
Cons
- Indistinguishable from prior installments. Some stages are borderline recycled - The looping soundtrack gets old - Steam limited, meaning doesn't add to profile counts (at time of review) - Short, no replay value - Difficulty is not progressive. Can't skip stages, so if you get stuck, you're out of luck TL;DR: Cheap achievement game with timing-based challenges. Not worth full price, wait for a bundle sale. I wish the person who designed 45th level a very go ♥♥♥♥ yourself.
GraFi St.Patrick is a simple 2D retro single screen physics puzzle 1-button "platformer" where you have a button that flips gravity. There's a marble which you must guide to collect crystals then hit the exit zone. The only way you can do this is by flicking the gravity at the precise times. For some reason the developer put a "St Patricks Day" theme on this asset flip. It doesn't make the game better. This looks and feels like a mobile app/asset flip. The developer has released several of these games, almost all exactly the same. The game menu is aligned just like a garbage mobile app. Resolution is locked and can't be changed. Graphics are deplorably low quality, as the screenshots show. You can play better games than this free on mobile, but the devs are running a cheap and scammy cash grab on Steam for this bundle worsening shovelware. I can't possibly recommend this to gamers.
