Greedy Bubble is a quirky arcade physics puzzle game with an innovative one-button mechanic and retro pixel art that players find charming once they engage with it. The core gameplay loop of collecting coins across increasingly challenging levels with creative obstacles is praised for being engaging and not wearing thin, though some players note collision detection issues and occasionally awkward gravity mechanics. The main criticism centers on the pricing model, with players feeling $0.10 per level for only 30 levels represents poor value.

Greedy Bubble is an arcade styled collecting game, where you need to navigate a bubble throughout 30 levels and collect coins. The simple gameplay is really working. You basically just collecting throughout the game, but slowly it will get more difficult, either because of the level construction, spikes, moving spike balls, teleports and lot other. Thanks to these and the continuous game elements which the software throws at you, it won't get boring at all in that short time until you finish this game. Of course, there are some detection problems in the game and the gravity changing arrows works bit weirdly, but in general, it's pretty fun. Graphics are retro, it's fit for the game perfectly. You don't need more that 8 bit for this game. The only thing which I don't like, is the horizontal lines on the graphics, which I understand it's for the retro element, but in general it's not great for the eyes. Also, the game run in borderless window mode with a lower resolution which you cannot change. This was not a big deal for me, but it's good to know in general. The sound part of the game is also simple, just like any other aspect of this game. There is one track in the whole softwa…3 found this helpful
Greedy Bubble is a quirky 2D retro pixel one-button physics puzzle game that's been slapped together with the godawful GameMaker Studio video game construction kit from Yoyogames. It's an action puzzle game where you "control" a bubble in various underground themed retro pixel puzzle levels. You don't have much control, you can just hold down your "Z" key to make the bubble descend towards the bottom of the level. The bubble bounces on a parabolic art from left to right and right to left, bouncing off walls and the ceiling as it seeks to get higher up on the map (so it's kind of like a gravity puzzle turned upside down). I've never seen this gimmick used in a game before, a "collect-the-gems" meets "Pong" kind of deal, so kudos to the developer for at least coming up with a new concept. Unfortunately the implementation here is a let down, because the developer resorted to using a video game construction kit, and the game features numerous compromises as a result of this. GameMaker Studio is a very poor quality game construction kit, and unsurprisingly results in products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers w…2 found this helpful
Awesome :D
Greedy bubble is a very nice game, the physics is awesome, the obstacles are really challenging, the "help" elements are know how to help and how to disturb in the correct momento, and the move things are so much ANNOYING. Sincerely the old art style in the "game first impression" makes him seem ugly in the, but when you play and associate the difficulty with the art you understand how this is beautifull. The diferents levels make you think and try, and try, and try, and cry, and try again... Anyways this game is very well thought, as a person who loves hard and challenger games, I loved it so much.
