So i can say with assurance that every positive review is bought. It took me 30 minutes to reach the end of content and all the review have over 5 hours of play so far at my review time. There is not 5 hours of content, 30 minutes of content is already a stretch. I'm missing the last upgrade, but you need 10k to reach while making 500 gold a minute. I'm not wasting 20 minutes of my time to finish a game that is boring and empty. Do not touch this game.

I jumped into Grim Hammer and really enjoyed the gut-punch combat loop — smashing waves of monsters with a massive hammer, upgrading skills and juggling abilities feels surprisingly satisfying. It’s tough and atmospheric with a roguelike edge that keeps every run intense. If you love action-heavy upgrades and endless enemy hordes, this scratches that itch.

Grim Hammer is a fantasy-themed action survival game that embraces a straightforward but addictive gameplay formula centered on relentless combat, constant upgrades, and the thrill of becoming increasingly powerful. Developed by kazakovstudios and Sharkgame and published by kazakovstudios, the game places players in a hostile arena where survival depends on skillful movement, efficient resource management, and the intelligent use of an expanding arsenal. While it does not attempt to reinvent the genre, it successfully delivers a satisfying experience built around progression and large-scale monster battles. At its core, the game revolves around using a mighty hammer to eliminate waves of enemies while collecting gold from fallen foes. The combat system is intentionally accessible, allowing players to jump into the action quickly without spending hours learning complicated mechanics. However, beneath its simple foundation lies a rewarding progression loop that encourages experimentation and long play sessions. Every battle contributes to character growth, creating a constant sense of accomplishment as enemies that once seemed dangerous gradually become easy targets. One of the mos…

Meat and peppy action in 2D. The hits feel powerful, the enemies don't let you relax, and the atmosphere is dark and high-quality. Purely breaking in and destroying everything is top-notch .

A simple but really satisfying action game where smashing waves of enemies with a giant hammer never gets old. The upgrade system is the real hook — teleporting fire staffs, piercing knives, stronger bombs, faster attacks — it quickly turns into pure chaos in the best way. Managing enemy spawns to farm more gold adds a nice layer of strategy too. Easy to jump into, hard to stop once the upgrades start stacking. Perfect for fans of endless wave combat and steady power growth.‍
