Played till the end and I had fun, but it is very much a pure rogue-lite, and I can tell because beyond the first half of the game, I stopped caring (for the most part) about the enemies' damage. You have your standard permanent progression, an average UI/UX, and a pretty basic tactical gameplay based on the tried and tested rock-paper-scissor dynamic. The environments are brimming with neat details and animations, and the design of both enemies and allies are very good. The story is a bland "fight the evil nazi" stereotype, without even an attempt to inject some variation, in the form of friendly rebels or surprise turncoats, but if you want something easy to digest, you've found it. Will probably not reach 100% because the gameplay becomes very repetitive after a while, but I enjoyed my time with it, and I hope you will do to.2 found this helpful
This is pretty awesome, highly recommend. It has an elegant simplicity with a lot of depth in progression. The only thing I would change is make it a HEX MAP please!2 found this helpful
For a Slay the Spire style game, the missions are way too long. Beyond that, it's just not very engaging and doesn't play like a typical RTS.1 found this helpful
A descent mech roguelite game that has some entertainment to it. Sad that we rarely get mech games like this.1 found this helpful
fun
Controls are terrible, for some reason both mouse buttons do all actions, which leads to constantly giving incorrect commands. Game is also clunky, constant time slow down - speed up cycle feels very awkward.
