Guild Hall Simulator: Prologue

Ended up hitting a game breaking glitch in the first 30 minutes as a pre - early access release its a decent proof of concept. I would be interested in seeing a more developed game. After fixing the glitches my first focus would be on Quest Variety, NPC Variety and Day Night Cycle. There are many more things that I could include but with only being able to play for 30 minutes I am not sure if I just didn't reach it or if its simply not there. There is also a strange flow to traffic where I will be standing there for awhile without anyone coming in and then all at once I have multiple lines 5+ deep and I guess lastly change the way you put in currency when collecting the guild percentage. Have either flat rate 1% 5% 10% 13% or remove fractional coinage as it slows down the process of clearing a line. I will probably check out more in the future but it would depend on what was fixed before Early Access

Lets start out with the fact that the FEEDBACK box is greyed out. Cant unload items onto shelfs and when you interact with the shelf then you are stuck and can only ALT F4. I wont be wasting any more time with a game that refuses to take feedback and hasn't had an update for 4 months when there are clear game breaking bugs within an hour of gameplay.

First, don't waste your time with this prologue. This isn't a prologue so much as a proof of concept. It's in a pre-alpha state and needs years of work. The sound effects are atrocious, the "game" flow is mechanical, the "npcs" look better on their guild cards then their models. This game should've been made in RPG maker as opposed to making it an FPS. The fact that banned adventurers wipe your quest board makes no sense. Also why would any adventurer be banned if you're starting your own guild hall unless you ban them? There is a decent concept behind it but it needs a decade or so of development.

This game could be really fun, and I hope I get to update this review later and say the bugs have been fixed, but currently the feedback option to report bugs is grayed out and the current bugs (namely where the completed quests won't vacate the counter so I can collect money) are game breaking. I can't even complete the tutorial because when I purchase objects I can't place them on a cabinet shelf to sell... Like if the game worked it looks SUPER fun, but the bugs are really, really bad.

Has a lot of potential and I love the idea. There are still a few bugs as well as the need for multi-player. The amount of customers piles on so quickly you can't keep track.
