Tavern Keeper 🍻

This game has a lot of features I'm looking for.... management sim, tasks, quests, building. AND on top of that, it's whimsical and fantasy themed. So far, I'm enjoying the game very much. I've finished the first 3 scenarios, and they're coming out with another one soon. I'm not sure how much I'll enjoy replaying the scenarios long term, but I'm thinking about finding out sooner :D

Cute little game with a healthy mix of managing and decorating your fantasy tavern. Can't wait for the upcoming updates and to see how the game matures and develops!

Very fun gameplay loop. Current early access is way too limited in the size of the taverns, but the upcoming update 2 looks to be fixing this. I would recommend the game, but know that it basically a long demo right now with just a few levels and more coming. Will be interesting to see how this compares to Long Rest Tavern when both games are out and finished.

Bit upset about the denuvo thing, but is overall a good game and cant wait for what will come next. (update 2)

Enjoying it, but not loving it. The taverns seem EXTREMELY small for what you're given to build. They did recently add a cellar option in their new upcoming version which I imagine will help some, but, the lack of a true freeplay mode is probably what would take me away from the game. The story mode is neat. Just wish the taverns were literally 4x the size at least to be able to properly fit things into it. You start getting enough rooms as you go along and having to go "okay well I better destroy this entire tavern to rebuild this into tiny spaces" is pretty annoying. Wouldn't say I'd recommend it yet, but, it's wishlist potential in the hopes they expand further. Better than giving hasbro any money with their literal copy they announced anyway.

I really loved this game before the second major update. There was definitely a long way to go in terms of content, but it showed a lot of potential. Now with the update out (played on the experimental release), I am SHOCKED. It is unbelievable how much content they added to this game in a single update, and just how large the scope has gotten. It isn't even just a long list of added features, but the Tavern Keeper universe is brought fully to life with this update, with stories entangling the rest of the campaign. There has clearly been a great deal of thought into replay-ability, with way more ways to play and story routes to take with this update, not to mention the long list of added features. Greenheart Games properly invested time and resources into an immensely-strong foundation for the game, and it clearly has paid off going into the Digging Deeper Domhain update. There was a few features I expected to see in the experimental release along with the Domhain campaign story, but I was not expecting as much volume as this.
