the gun did not shoot is can you pls fix it pls i buy and did not work

I haven't played this game yet I was only testing out how it works which its not hard but the game doesn't help you. the problem I got stuck on was reloading my guns and its a little finicky but not that bad of what people are making it seem 1. put magazine in gun, (duh) 2. turn the safety off 3. then pull load a bullet in the rifle is easy to do this with mostly due to it being bigger and easier to see everything, but the pistol is harder, you may accidentally hold onto the grip than switch the safety off, and you have to grab by the tip of the barrel to put a chamber in. but it is quicker and easier to do than in regular hand simulator because the game will finish a task for you, for example when you are putting a round in the chamber you don't have to pull back the game will do it for you, you just have to grab the general area of it. it is a bit buggy though because when the game finishes the action it will move the gun barely, to pushing it out of view randomly, so it isn't consistant. besides seeming like the biggest complaint, I think it just needs a tutorial on how reloading works and everyone will be happy, besides that the only complaint with me is there's very little …

Is it normal to have only unloaded magazines in the "shooting range"? What's the point of it being a range with targets if all I can do is stare at them? I can't even pull the trigger. I love this type of game, but if I can't even shoot, load, or SEE a bullet in a game with the word shooter in it, I can't say anything positive about it.
