About HINGE VR

HINGE is a psychological horror VR adventure. You suddenly find yourself in an abandoned skyscraper, stripped of your past and memories. The laws of physics are broken and time is collapsed. The only way to get out is to step into the frightening unknown putting all the pieces together.
PUT ALL THE PIECES TOGETHER TO FIND THE TRUTH

The game is set in an American metropolis of the early 20th century right after the Spanish flu epidemic. It takes place in Elwood Tower skyscraper, built by an eccentric millionaire who, according to rumor, is involved in the occult and is said to be at the center of a mysterious cult.
EXPLORE ALL HIDDEN DIMENSIONS OF ELWOOD TOWER

Once the skyscraper is built and finally opened, its owner runs the great ceremony and invites many different people. But on that night, something mystical occurs, transforming the building and all its inhabitants into a nightmarish reality, where the laws of physics, chemistry, and space are distorted and time has collapsed.

Unplayable... It's so dark... It's not even dark, it's vantablack. You can't even see a door handle right infront of you, can't see any objects and where to go... I just got into the bathroom and saw a light switch. I thought now I can turn on the lights, but no. It turns them off and it bacame just black screen. Hands angle makes my hands feel broken. And the graphics... It's terrible. When you open settings - first thing you see is a MOTION BLUR OPTION!!! Motion blur in VR!!! Can you imagine that? This game runs like 30 fps max on a 4090 + 13900 + quest 3 even on a minimal settings... Feels like there is hidden framerate cap. Also there is only temporal AA that kills every ingame text, even in a game menu. Thats just a huge no. Don't try. Save yourself.3 found this helpful
NOT THE HINGE DATING APP!! In case you were wondering. You'll still get an awkward half chubb and cold sweats while playing this, like the dating app. Update; think I'm 50% of the way through idk, this is about on par difficult to the dating app. An Upperdate; finished the game, but I got the loner ending. Guess this really is the sequel to the Hinge Dating app. 9/10 - big black thing in the corner keeps pulling my pants down around my ankles.2 found this helpful
*impossibly* blurry textures and the floor height is off - hundreds of other games do not have the floor issue - havent really seen such floor issues since 2018-ish, quest pro / 40901 found this helpful
the game is fun and all but im running into in issue where audio cuts out with a pop after like 2 to 3 minutes(sometimes its 30 seconds and sometimes it 5 minutes) not sure what it is, so as of rn i cannot recommend this game because what is a psychological horror game without sound1 found this helpful
