Hold 10 Seconds

The setting menu doesn't even work. For some reason you can control the character with the left stick, but you can only go through door if you use up on the direction pad. It feels strange and took me a while to understand. For a game where you die and retry a lot, it really sucks to waste 5 seconds every single time on the intro of a level. Was it really necessary? It breaks the pace everytime. After a few levels, the game just makes you guess where you have to go to survive. It's nice they made a way for you to see where the platforms are going to appear next, but it's not fair when the hint only appears after you had to jump from the previous platform. It makes some levels pure memorization, and that's not fun, especially when it's no fault of your own... And then you have to see the intro again. Ugh. I really didn't enjoy my time.

Игра "Hold 10 Seconds" – это неожиданно затягивающая аркада, которая, вопреки своей простой концепции (удерживать кнопку всего 10 секунд!), предлагает напряженный и динамичный игровой опыт. Каждая секунда на счету, и один неверный щелчок отправляет вас обратно на старт. Поначалу это кажется невероятно легким, но по мере прохождения уровни становятся все более коварными. Разработчики умело добавляют различные отвлекающие факторы, как визуальные, так и звуковые, тестируя ваши нервы и концентрацию. Иногда кажется, что таймер бежит быстрее, чем следовало бы! Простое, но элегантное визуальное оформление хорошо сочетается с минималистичным геймплеем. Игра идеально подходит для коротких перерывов, когда нужно быстро развлечься и проверить свою выдержку. Единственный минус – отсутствие более глубокой прогрессии или каких-либо значимых наград за прохождение сложных уровней. Тем не менее, основной геймплей настолько увлекательный, что это легко прощается. В целом, "Hold 10 Seconds" – это игра для тех, кто любит проверять свои рефлексы и умеет сохранять спокойствие под давлением. Рекомендую!

I thought this game would be amazing, but sadly it just can't stop crashing. And it's not like I'm on a bad computer, either. I really wanted to play this game, especially since the devs made a GOATed move of making it free, and I love hard, 2D platformer games like this one. I really wish I could give this a good review, but sadly I just can't.

Quite difficult game, but the loading screens are loong :/
