About Hundred Doors

The choice is simple. Walk through the Red door, or the Blue door. Once on the other side you may find yourself in strange, disturbing, comforting, or even funny places. Hundred Doors is a first-person psychological horror experience where you must explore a series of surreal, unsettling rooms—each one stranger, darker, and more twisted than the last. With only your wits and limited interaction, you’ll witness deeply disturbing scenes, emotional echoes, and uncanny visions designed to leave you uncomfortable, intrigued, and even guilty. Each door you open takes you deeper. Some lead to quiet moments of reflection or eerie peace. Others spiral into nightmares of guilt, shame, and fear. Your choices matter, even when they seem meaningless. Some rooms react to your presence. Some watch you. Others remember. There is no combat. There is no escape.
Just a simple question:Can you make it through all one hundred doors?

It's fine, I guess. If you're a fan of walking simulators I think there is a good time to be had here, but unfortunately this game ended up leaving a poor taste in my mouth. So, 100 Doors is a pretty big game. I can't exactly blame this developer for putting a little more effort into some rooms than others... but I was still disappointed by just how many of them felt like kind of an afterthought. I think I feel much the same way about the implementation of the Ghosts and Sugar Skulls, too. I'm not sure I ever understood the point of the ghosts actually... they're just kind of a nuisance that pop up now and again to ruin any atmosphere a room may have had otherwise. They pose no real threat to the player, either. Also, I really wish the 'collectathon' aspect of this game was a little more involved... most of the skulls are just sort of thoughtlessly scattered around each room, hiding in dark corners or behind objects, or in some of the more egregious cases, just like... on a shelf. It's a little dull, but for an optional task, I suppose it's fine. What I find a less excusable is the fact that this game is practically unfinished. That pervasive jank feeling is noticeable as soon a…

im not sure why. but i keep getting softlocked after the first ghost. first the shop door refused to open before restarting level with the left analogue stick button which is incorrect in the tutorial when it is in fact right analogue button. also i couldnt get the matches from the clerk to progress for some reason. game has potential. the first ghost needs a little more polishing on its movements. i could not do anything else because of the two questionable softlocks. the menu highlighted selectors for pause screen and main menu is not moving accordingly and is confusing. and uh i couldnt change monitor from windows mode and move it to my other monitor and fullscreen it there off my desktop so i can multitask. im new to all indy games. and im hoping this one works out for you ink ribbon.

I really loved how nostalgic this game felt. As someone who grew up playing PS1 games, it hit that sweet spot for me. The exploration was engaging, letting you take your time to appreciate everything around you. There were some moments where the game just felt calm and chill, which made the experience even more enjoyable. keep it up kai <3 I really appreciate your effort and the love that you put into this project so I am looking forward to see more games from you.

I loved all the different areas. The scares that are in here can get you if only briefly. Lots of funny parts. This game will reward for being curious so explore. All in all not a bad game could use like a run feature or if you really wanted to a pick your door feature but only if you beat the game. If you wanted to revisit a certain room instead of having to replay the whole game.

I was hooked within the first 10 minutes! I enjoy exploring each level. The atmosphere and the sound design, especially, kept me compelled to continue seeking each door. I love this game!

Great little game. Not much to do except walk through each door and admire the setting that you popped into. Most of them are great to observe and see where the dev got their inspiration from. If you have about an hour or 2 to kill, I really recommend this game. Plays great on steam deck.
