Incremental Retro Racing

There are a lot of other better games to play while you're on the toilet... the price really doesn't help it either. No offence to the Dev(s).. I love the look but the Gameplay is really lacking here. It probably would've been better if it was just a regular racing game with upgrades. Again, no offence. I want to commend the Dev(s) for making a game with no real technical issues... and the Retro look is nice. No way! UE game that doesn't stutter, freeze nor crash! I enjoy procedural generation of track. Narrowing random with settings is also good. Though, it sometimes hard to get exactly what I want... For example I tried to play with settings to get 3-lane road only, but unfortunately I could only get 4-lane or 2-lane. Maybe if option would mean bar=lane than it would be easier. Music fits, at least for me. Always liked this type of music for a car game. Gameplay is simple, but it's better than Retrowave(video game) since this game contains actual turns. Oh, and it is also crafted instead of being another asset flip. I like bacgrounds, objects... Especially when you run game in smaller window instead of running it in full screen mode. I hope we will get some kind of successor at some point. With better engine sound, with animations, with gear changes(like in Top Gear) or at least imitation of such(like in Road Rash or Driver on pc/ps1). Maybe with some camera tilt in corners. Probably longer tracks with some sort of day/night cycle in simple form with creative implementation... Overall, it is a good toy to play around with. This game is perfect for when you need to kill some time. Great for dropping in and out of on a whim. Put in 20 mins or so at a time, move on with your life and maybe come back later for another 20 mins. I don't typically care about CRT filters in retro/retro-style games and compilations, but what they have here is neat - it looks convincing, to me anyway.

there was some idea but it quickly went to sh1t. upgrades don't stop increasing in prices, and if you don't get the stars boosters early on, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ !! first upgrade are a few hundreds, but level two of them are directly 10-15k, and the double star bonus for me appeared only late, and is sold for 65k.... i just can't buy it and there's no ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way i'm gonna grind my way for 3 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours just to get a single upgrade. so, dev, either do something or go fock yerself.

I understand this game is a little basic and for what it is I think the price is too high (Despite receiving the product for free) With that being said... It's a fun time! Only frustration i really had was some of the questionable collisions that slow you to a halt. Outside of that it's just good basic fun. The cars available to buy between rounds is a little bit of a lottery and encourages that "just one more go" feeling for me. Don't regret playing the game but you should make it cheaper.
