About Infect Cam

In the 10 years following the pandemic, humanity has fallen to millions. Billions died, but very few could stay dead...In this dark world, our extraction team, which conducts hostage rescue operations to save even a single person, will be pulled into the depths of darkness in search of light after stumbling upon a clue by chance.Infect Cam: A high-risk, adrenaline-filled survival experience. With your four-person team, you will constantly face enemies who outnumber you, be forced to manage limited resources, and chase a possibility that could change the fate of humanity…

Each rescue team consists of four members. No one can survive alone, but together you have a chance. Communicate, cooperate, share resources, and trust one another to increase your chance of survival.

Every moment matters. Just like every bullet, med-kit, and teammate. Experience the struggle for survival from a body-cam’s point of view with limited visibility. Make quick decisions while gathering equipment and supplies, because those decisions can either save your team or lead to their end.

Each city will bring different challenges. Make sure to stay together. If you get lost, you’ll be alone. If you’re alone, you’ll die. As you push further into the unknown, those who don’t want you to uncover what’s hidden will come after you. Be prepared, because at the beginning of the end, you won’t be welcomed.

Oh boy, what can I say about this game that hasn't already been said? probably not much but I could put it in better terms. Gave the game the whole first mission, took 30 minutes and in that 30 minutes I feel like I've experienced the entire game. Enemies are never really a threat due to them literally stopping to attacking you, ammo is a non issue, hunger and thirst are there but like ammo is a non issue, there is an infection meter that only ever goes up if you get hit but since the enemies are a non threat this is also a non issue. The only enemy to ever hit me was the budget boomer and I had tons of meds to negate the "infection". The main gameplay loop involves walking/running around in the snow with no threat looking for paper to look for a key to look for paper and then you walk all the way back to spawn to extract. It's a 10£ game sure but it's not a "high-risk, adrenaline-filled survival experience" it's a weightless shooter with survival elements that do nothing. Maybe the game changes drastically in 4p coop but in solo play it's below mid. I feel bad for not recommended this game but there is no way in this games current state it gets a recommend from anyone.

Uninspired, unbalanced, mostly broken.

Infect Cam, developed and published by Ravenholm Interactive, takes a familiar zombie survival formula and reframes it through a distinctly immersive lens by adopting a body-camera perspective that immediately alters how players perceive both danger and control. Rather than presenting the apocalypse through a polished, game-like interface, it opts for a stripped-down, almost raw visual approach that places you directly in the boots of a field operative navigating infected territory. The premise centers on small teams entering quarantined zones to complete objectives such as rescuing survivors or retrieving critical resources, but the real hook lies in how the game forces players to experience these missions with limited visual guidance and a constant sense of unease. What makes the experience stand out early on is its refusal to rely on conventional HUD elements. There are no persistent indicators to reassure you about your condition or surroundings, which means situational awareness becomes your most valuable tool. You have to pay attention to sound cues, environmental details, and the behavior of your teammates to stay alive. This design choice gives even routine encounters a la…

Infect Cam is a co-op zombie horror game by Ravenholm Interactive where you play as part of an extraction team sent into darkened, abandoned cities. The focus is on teamwork, surviving encounters with the infected, and pushing through hostile environments in an attempt to save what’s left of humanity. Pros ✔️ Personal bias, but the Manitoba setting is cool - I’ll admit this right up front — seeing Manitoba represented gave me a bit of extra goodwill going in. ✔️ The gameplay is genuinely fun - Moment to moment, shooting and moving through spaces works well enough to stay engaging. ✔️ Zombie models have real variety - You’re not just fighting the same copy-paste enemy over and over, which helps keep encounters from feeling flat. Cons ❌ I didn’t love the player character models - This is mostly a visual thing, but they just didn’t click for me as they more or less are the same frumpy solder with a different painted mask ❌ Damage feedback needs work - It’s not always clear when you’ve taken damage, especially through audio cues, which can be frustrating in tense moments. ❌ Limited environmental interaction - I kept wanting to interact with the world more, but it often felt like set…

I’ve been following the game since the demo, and it’s clear how much it has improved over time. Compared to the early version, the atmosphere and gameplay feel much more solid now. The zombie vibe is done really well, especially the tension. You can tell the developers are taking feedback seriously and polishing the game step by step. If it keeps going this way, it’s going to be a very strong title.
