This game wasn't designed well. It sure did made me want to scream, but not out of fear. First, It's unnecessarily demanding on weaker computers like mine for how short it is. If this game had been designed in Unity instead of Unreal Engine, it would have most likely been exactly the same, but without taking a dump all over my performance. Second, the game is glitchy and annoying to play. The interaction system is terrible. Almost every time there was an object the protagonist had to interact with, the signal for an interaction would appear on screen even when the protagonist wasn't in range to interact with the object. Ether that, or the lag was screwing with the interaction system. Whichever it was, it's stupid, and why even release a game with that kind of possibly game breaking glitch without first fixing it? I'm not going to comment on the story, since i can't come to a conclusion on rather i like it or not. I mean no hate to these developers, of course. I sincerely hope they get better at game development, and are able to release better games in the future.

The game was good, not great, but was worth a playthrough as it doesn't take too long and was fun enough for my time in during it. The game has an interesting beginning concept of having to finish your daily objectives before you run out IV fluid which slowly depletes acting as like a timer for how long you have to complete everything. You can pick up additional IV bags and for the most part it felt like they were generous to make sure you finished what you needed to for said day, so it made it easier but also at times kind of took away the anxiety of needing to rush and in turn also took away the creepiness factor at times too as it made walking through the hallways seem less frantic/nerve racking and more relaxed. There weren't many instances where I got lost minus a time where I was suppose to hide during an explore/escape section and it didn't really spell it out well as it was the only time you'd had to do it during a section like that (which is probably my fault, I kept walking by the thing and just wasn't looking to hide because I wasn't being chased and then the nurse appeared and I got sent back to the beginning/checkpoint). it's a great short little free horror game. a clever premise, solid fundamentals and design, and creepy atmosphere. good audio design as well, and a fun little puzzle or two. no notes really, id love a longer game that featured this kind of vibe and mechanic!
