About Investigation Stories : gunsound
With complete freedom to move around the fictional town, you can:
Move around the map at any time
- 8 different areas to explore
- Super realistic street scenes, almost exactly the same as your doorstep
Anytime and anywhere to start an investigation
- ... It's said, but not everywhere will have the results
Talk to anyone you see
- Collecting testimonies in order to catch the killer is of course inevitable
- The dialogue of the npc is completely random, except for the inexplicable random thoughts
You can also see conversations that are specific to different times and places
Show items to anyone you see
- It's true that you can show it to anyone
- but don't forget that these things were gotten from the crime scene
- It's hard to say what kind of results you'll get

"Investigation Stories : gunsound" is quite a train wreck. This failed game from China takes the form of a 2D side view "adventure" mystery game where there's been a gunshot and you have to determine the cause and how it relates to your social credit score. In terms of visuals, this features really godawful MS-Paint tier "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. The deplorably bad visuals here come across as an insult to gamers. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game …1 found this helpful
