About ISS Simulator

Experience the realism of space!”This is the ultimate space simulator game, precisely modeling the space and space environment inside the International Space Station (ISS) under the supervision of JAXA. Gravity, inertia, and orbital mechanics based on realistic physical laws await the player in realistic space. Experience firsthand the tension of moving in zero gravity, operating real space equipment, and executing missions.Features:.Realistic space design supervised by JAXASimulation of physical phenomena in space as close to reality as possibleInteractive environment with faithful reproduction of the ISS interior and attention to detail

Very close to the thing thing, although it would feel much more complete if it included the Russian section interior, 1 SpaceX Dragon, 1 Soyuz attached to the station, and fixed the unreadable text in some areas (ie. the japanese module's hatch instructions printed on the door). In addition, the option to stay still in one area instead of constantly moving would be great, and the lighting could be improved to be a bit darker in certain sections (according to the ISS tour videos / images, this would make it closer to the real thing). Overall, it's the best 3D representation of the station available, other than the ISS tour videos.. + NASA Eyes on Earth, so I'm very much impressed with what has been done, and hopefully look forward towards further refinements/improves!

So, where do I even begin? I'm a space nerd myself and play games like Mission ISS and Reentry - A Space Flight Simulator. The ISS itself is alright, but here's the thing! No audio, not all modules are accessible, the controls take some getting used to, and I've never experienced zero G myself, but I can imagine that ventilation on the ISS wouldn't push a person away, otherwise it would have a storm or something. The ISS doesn't orbit the Earth, again, thanks for that. I would much prefer if an indie developer or team ever takes this to heart and builds a full-scale ISS first, then gradually adds the physics, and releases the whole thing as Early Access. That way, step by step, you don't get overwhelmed, but do it properly. Sincerely, NewTrick2D

Initially, I played for about three minutes and the controls are so bad I just closed the game and went to write a negative review even though the "game" is free (they're that bad). You can't write a review unless you've played the game for 5 minutes or more, so I opened it once more. I figured out how to get into first person mode which helped a ton (what even are these ball things?) In that time though, I did really enjoy the ISS and the model is so good that it does deliver in that regard exceedingly well, so it IS worth checking out. That beings said, if this cost even a $1 in its current state my review goes to negative. Pros: -Amazing graphics -Hyper realistic models and textures -Incredibly close to an exact replica of the inside of the ISS (from what I can tell by pictures and video anyway). -The Earth does turn. I was ready to be disappointed with a static Earth image and was pleasantly surprised to see that there IS movement. -You can spacewalk in an astronaut suit. Cons: -The whole control system needs scrapped. Don't even think about using mouse and keyboard. -There's constant movement of the camera object you represent. It's like it's constantly pulled down whic…

A great experience for space enthusiasts, offering a detailed look at the ISS while keeping the controls approachable. Good game!

ISS Simulator is a space simulation experience built almost entirely around realism, immersion, and scientific authenticity. Rather than presenting space exploration as a cinematic action adventure filled with explosions and dramatic storytelling, the game focuses on recreating everyday life aboard the International Space Station with remarkable attention to detail. Developed with guidance connected to real aerospace research, the simulator prioritizes physical accuracy and environmental authenticity, creating an experience that feels more like stepping into a functioning orbital laboratory than playing a traditional game. For players fascinated by space travel and astronaut life, the result is surprisingly immersive and educational. The strongest aspect of ISS Simulator is its commitment to accurately recreating the International Space Station itself. The interior of the station is packed with scientific equipment, control panels, cables, storage compartments, and cramped modular environments modeled after the real ISS. Every section feels carefully designed to reflect the practical and technical nature of life in orbit. The station does not resemble a clean science-fiction fanta…

The game is cool, but the game just struggles to render and I get really low fps alongside graphics that are trying to go ridiculously high even on the lowest settings. the game struggles even though I've got a decently beefy PC and I've tried playing on both Ubuntu and Windows 11. Side note, there's also a couple typos in the game
