The developer claims it's not gambling because you can't cash out, so all the money they try to coerce you into buying "chips" with is gone for good. I don't see how that's better or worse than just going to a casino. I'm at a loss for words at how such an evil, unethical system as organised online gambling could jam its foot into the door here on Steam, at a time when loot boxes and other anti-gamer, predatory exploitation systems are being investigated by governments around the world.
