This game has radicalized me.

i like the game but the optimization is trash

the answer is yes, this game is superbly fun, funny, and amazingly stupid as a great time to play by yourself or with friends. it is buggy, the performance can be weird, and the audio is wack, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is this game a great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ zombies and survivor like with such fun exploration and combat. also really, given that the jank is accounted for mostly with resets and it seems to be a part of the personality, who the ♥♥♥♥ cares if it is a bit busted? and also yeah, well while there are persistent forward progression paths in the game in the form of easter eggs and bosses on one big map -- the mystery box is also the inside of a rich persons golden toilet which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious. so theres that. and really, do you know another game where you can gloriously redistribute the wealth of the most obnoxious and evil types of people on the planet? you wanna kill harvey weinstein and andrew tate? do you wanna kill all those and these disgusting rich people with the most precious of the realest of the peoples guns? then yeah, you wanna play this game and just eat the rich with me ~

Honestly, super fun especially for the price. It's pretty hard, but with a good setup you can survive relatively easily. It's like a slightly less polished CoD zombies. It's specifically most similar to the custom BO3 maps that have zombies who spawn infinitely, with rounds going up based on a timer rather than a number of kills, though I believe both affect it here. It is a little buggy, but very playable. The main issue I see with it is its godawful optimization, which might be on par with actual BO3 on PC. I have a 7900XT Hellhound w/ 20GB of VRAM and a Ryzen 5 7600X and I STRUGGLE to get 40ish frames at 1440p. Unfortunately, the game doesn't have graphics settings, so I can't lower those to improve this. Still, it's fun enough that I don't care. I really hope it's still being worked on, since with some optimization fixes this would really be a gem given how cheap it is and I would LOVE to see what ideas the dev has to expand on this. I've waited for a true successor to CoD zombies for too long for them to give up on this masterpiece.

I bought it as a joke, but the fast pace combat combined with the dopamine hits of upgrades is truly AMAZING
