This game was deeper than i expected and so cute it makes me happy. I even read all the dialogue. Most of the dialogue have a point and get brought up later so I actually like paying attention to what they say. And i read their little newspaper every time.1 found this helpful
This game caught my eye with the cute and comfy art style. And in return, it utterly broke me. I played this a couple of days ago and cried for hours straight. Even now I feel depressed remembering it. It is a very tragic game that deals with themes of hospice and coming to terms with the inevitable death of loved ones. I can't say I loved playing this, but I can definitely say I was deeply moved by it. Video games truly are art. I don't recommend playing this while you're in a downer mood because it will hurt you. There are a couple of glaring translation errors that slightly hamper the gameplay experience that stops it from being a 10/10 and I hope they are fixed.1 found this helpful
the game of doom and despair
This is not a cozy game. This is not a shop management game. This is a game about hurting and how people choose to handle it. You will hurt playing this game and that's okay. Even if you don't enjoy anything this game looks like it is, play it. This is a short game that feels so much longer in the best way it can. While it mostly feels a visual novel as shop management is practically a nonissue, it boasts a cast of characters that can be understood easily without loosing their depth, they'll make decision you may not agree with at all times but you'll understand why they made them and at least feel some bond with these characters. Quite frankly, there's a lot I could say about this game but it's a game best experienced so as I've already said go play it, why are you still reading this?
I initially got this game because I love tea and this is a title that will stay with me for a long time. I went in as blind as possible (the exception being the Notice posted by the devs) and I recommend that you do as well if you're going to play this. It's rare that game reaches me and makes me feel the way this game did. It's so charming and well written. I love all of the characters to the point that I was happy to see some of them return to the cafe day after day. Some difficult topics are covered, but they're covered well and with care. This is game where I will wish that I can experience it for the first time again. I highly recommend.
oh my god is about all i can say
