Rolled this game as a random key from G2A. Not as disappointed as I thought I would be but selling this for $40 is a crime. Also most achievements are broken.

One of the worst tower defense games I have ever had the misfortune to play, and I have played a lot. For starters, the game is mind numbingly slow, with no way to speed things up. This is made even worse by the fact that your towers are on a timer, and vanish when that time is up. There are only three types of towers, and there are no upgrades to them, or anyway to reset the timers. The price leaps up quickly, and I can't imagine ever being in a position where I would ever buy anything but the cheapest, as they vanish. There are a few things you can upgrade between rounds, but how long they last isn't one of them. You can upgrade starting cash, starting cheese (lives) and tower damage. You have no control over targeting, and there in no pathing of any kind. There is no fluff, but in this case you could have fluff written by Stephen King and it wouldn't help. I paid a full five cents for this one, and it was too much. Three thumbs down, avoid at any cost, heck, avoid id it is free. Absolutely horrible.

Got it for less then a euro, as part of some sort of key bundle. Definetly not worth 1 euro less so for ~45. Basic game, technically playable but it gets boring after a few mins.

A fun and bright arcade game that will suit all family members, especially children. We need to stop the mice from stealing the cheese from the houses. You will need your own strategy and speed - after all, you need to build the towers so that the mice do not have time to get through the fence.

Cheese Defense is a fun and engaging tower defense game where your mission is to protect your precious cheese from waves of mischievous mice! The gameplay is straightforward but has a nice depth to it, thanks to the variety of tower types, each with unique attack styles and damage outputs. A neat mechanic is that towers have limited ammo, so you'll need to be strategic with your placements. You’re rewarded with gold coins for building and upgrading towers, and crystals for meta-progression, like boosting damage multipliers and gaining starting bonuses. It’s satisfying to see your efforts pay off and be able to upgrade your strategy as you progress. If you're a fan of tower defense games and enjoy a bit of humor and light-hearted fun, Cheese Defense is a great pick!
