Review: Fun, challenging, and made with care and passion. It blows my mind that this was a first-time solo-dev by a young developer. Full disclosure: The developer is my son. But bias aside, this game is the real deal. Knight Crawler is a great find for anyone who wants a genuinely challenging dungeon crawler with great enemy variety and solid progression. The game progression is smooth, the variety in enemies and weapons keeps you thinking, and the difficulty ramps up perfectly. It shows a maturity in game design that you don't often see in debut titles. I’m encouraging everyone to post their highest dungeon level; it’s tough, but very fun to play. If you want to support a young, up-and-coming developer, give this a shot.2 found this helpful

A fun and simple action game.1 found this helpful
This is more like class project for game development class than a true game. There is no progression, there is no fun, levels past one are repeat of the same. Plus: sword looks like a pool noodle (why does sword wiggle). pros: works playable Cons: there is no progression its one level repeating
