About Last Command

Snake x Bullet Hell = A New Take on the Classic Experience!

Grease up your arrow keys and stretch your fingers! Maneuver the Crawler through the enemies’ barrage of attacks and collect Data Points to deal damage! Gain special chips to enhance the Crawler as you progress, overcome intense Boss battles, and uncover the secrets of their program world...

▉ "Last Command" takes inspiration from the classic game "Snake," but adds two additional actions, "Dash" and "Analyze." Make good use of these new actions to dodge attacks and collect "Data" generated in the levels to inflict damage.

▉There are numerous, non-repetitive battles, each with their own unique style and attack pattern ranging from dazzling screen filling barrages to obstacles that wish to overwhelm you. Each one will be a test to your ability to respond to various difficulties.

▉Modules can be found throughout the game and grant a variety of special abilities. Combined together, they can create a "Resonance Effect," granting unique and stronger bonuses. Find the best combination for your playstyle!

▉Overcome dangers and challenges while uncovering long-forgotten secrets left after the disappearance of humans as you explore the vast world of programs.

I bought the game because the screenshots made it look like I'd enjoy it but the dialogue is already pissing me off in the first 10 minutes, please just give me a boss/enemy rush mode so I don't need to deal with the story. Genuinely.

i don't really have much to say about the game; ost is great, art style is pretty decent, not sure about gameplay tbh i'm not a big fan of this kind of stuff, so i cannot really rate it. i had to change difficulty mid playthrough from standard to story mod (skill issue) There is not much to say about writing itself, ehh probably 6/10 really it mainly derives into metafiction if you like that type of stuff you might enjoy it.

Rather than relying on nostalgia alone, it introduces mechanics that demand quick reactions and careful planning, creating an experience that feels both recognizable and refreshingly original. From the opening moments, it becomes clear that this is more than a novelty concept, as every encounter challenges players to think about movement, positioning, and resource management in entirely new ways. The core gameplay revolves around navigating a constantly growing digital crawler through dangerous battlefields filled with relentless enemy attacks. Every Data Point collected extends the crawler while also serving as ammunition, forcing players to carefully balance survival with offense. This creates an engaging risk-and-reward system where eve…
