Haven't played the full game yet, but just from this I can tell; this is the kind of game you sink hours into (Ad probably break your monitor) Try it if you're good at snake, bullet hells, or just fancy yourself a challenge. solid 7/10 just from this

Last Command: Prologue is one of those games where I immediately liked the basic concept because it takes something as simple as Snake and turns it into a full bullet hell combat system. I control a small crawler moving through a digital world while enemy attacks fill the screen, and the goal is to survive while collecting data that lets me damage bosses. I found the combination surprisingly natural. Movement is the most important part of the gameplay. I constantly have to steer through dangerous patterns while keeping track of where my crawler is heading next. The addition of dash and analyze abilities gives me more control than traditional Snake, and I liked how these mechanics make the movement feel much more active. I am not simply avoiding walls. I am navigating through deliberately designed attacks. The bullet hell encounters are easily my favorite part. Different bosses use very different attack patterns, so I cannot rely on one strategy for everything. Some fights fill the screen with projectiles, while others focus more on obstacles and movement pressure. This is a free demo/beta of the full game. It contains the first few fights of the full game and also contains a small amount of story which is the prequel to the full game. The full game is great, so of course this is great too.

So addictive and fun and manages to feel fresh and compelling with its simple but clean aesthetic. Definitely try if you're into bullet hell and snake games and worth a try if curious.
