Once upon a time, Savvarah was a desolate land: icy winds, a dirty canvas of clouds, lifeless earth.
Nuelli witnessed nothing of the kind. She was born in a blooming paradise. The tales of the past had transformed into a kind of fable. Almost a myth.
From her birth, Nuelli had a serious flaw – a weak aptitude for magic, an extraordinarily rare occurrence for her people. Unable to use magic, she could see more than others – the very threads magic was woven from.
And since her very childhood, she began to see darkness. A darkness dotted with eyes, watching over her… yet nobody could see these gloomy shadows besides her.
Nuelli is set to unravel the mysteries of her visions, learn more about the history of her people, become part of a conspiracy, find herself at the very center of the confrontation between divine entities... Or not. Everything is in your hands.

It communicates an intriguing, somewhat complex story with nuanced characters in a way that is very approachable, engaging, and rewarding. It is easily worth its full price. [b]Longer review:[/b] The store page had me (incorrectly) worried that things might be a little generic; I have seen my fair share of fantasy stories that make similar promises and fail to meet their potential. But, this game delivers. There are so, so many unique endings and those endings [i]also[/i] have meaningful variations. Many of these endings involve choices that other games would simply give you a boring "game over" for. Here, these choices feel more alive; they become explorations of the characters and world that conclude in a consistent and natural way. For example: I sincerely rejected a scheme earlier on, only to successfully rejoin its efforts much later through a twisting series of events. Really great and quite surprising game! Absolutely loved the complexity of the characters. Noone is perfect. Actually, pretty much everybody are quite bad but we are given the opportunity to understand why is everyone the way they are, what brought them to be what they are and we are given a choice of interaction in that regard (looking at you DA4). Loved the music, the story, the characters, the unforgiving universe. Cons: Story is so short, left me wanting so much more Thank you, Author! A beautiful game with unique world and good storytelling. It definitely isn't romance heavy like I expected from a visual novel that got promoted in otome circles, it actually has almost none of it. However, storywise and visually, it's a great game and I keep thinking about it even a month later after I reached a few endings. I'll definitely come back to it to discover all endings. It has a good replay value to discover all nooks of the world.
