The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante Chapter 1 and 2 is a free story focused RPG where we follow Sir Brante from childhood and through the early parts of his life. We grow up in the Blessed Arknian Empire, a harsh world where our social class is decided at birth and everyone is expected to accept the life they have been given. From the beginning, the game makes it very clear that our choices can have serious consequences. The story is easily the best part for us. The world is brutal and unfair, but that is what makes it interesting. Being born into a lower class means dealing with rules and treatment that can feel genuinely horrible, while nobles and clergy have much more freedom. It makes even small decisions feel important because we are constantly thinking about what kind of person we want Brante to become. The choice system is also really good. We are not just picking dialogue options that change one conversation and then disappear. Our decisions can affect Brante's skills, relationships, events and future opportunities, so choices can come back much later. Solid game, the premise is interesting and captured my attention start to finnish, I'll definitely be buying the full game.

Honestly pretty overrated game that want you to minmax and not play some role. Didnt liked it then, but now sequel is slopped by AI, so easily not recommend wasting your time + purulent pimples for devs and whole family + casting rabid dogs in their anuses
