"Time of Pariah" is an interactive story. The game is primarily text-based, but with lots of illustrations (essentially a visual novel in a non-standardised setting).
On the continent of Erteon, the endless war rages between Kradzhan – an alliance of three beastly kingdoms – and Dominion of the Horned Ones.
Seihal is a port city of Kradzhan, steeped in corruption and crime. Wealthy aristocrats, commanding squads of well-armed mercenaries, wield the ultimate power here.
Hidu is a mercenary. He once deserted the army, escaping death. He managed to blend into this colorful cauldron of the criminal world, where a precarious balance between different factions has somehow been maintained in recent years.
But now, this delicate balance is under threat: one by one, the enforcers of the Black Horn – a criminal authority for whom Hidu works – are disappearing.
Hidu must get to the bottom of these events. And perhaps even play a pivotal role in them, for a great storm is brewing...
Extra: it is recommended to select the second launch option if the DLC is downloaded.

Create your own adventure/choices matter kind of visual novel, short in length but with plenty of branches and complexity to make up for it, offering PLENTY of game time of fun. The art is phenomenal. The writting is consistent, easy to digest, and artistic enough. It has a free sex dlc in case you'd like to see the implied few sexual relationship scenes the game provides, but they barely last and there's barely a handful, making it clear this isn't a porn game, the spicy scenes are just optional little cherries on top of the cake if you'd like to indugle, which is very nice. It's only issues is some typos and text errors here and there, but they don't take you out of the experience, I wouldn't say. Considering all that, the price is great. I feel a bit bad for getting it on a sale. I wholeheartedly recommend this game! Truly a steal, if you ask me!2 found this helpful
Each run for an ending is quite short like 30-60 mins, but will be ended up with desire to want for more to see the entire story due to many unanswered questions and deep worldbuilding.1 found this helpful
As a furry, I can absolutely recommend this game to anyone who loves narrative-driven games with many branching paths and choices to uncover as you play~ The characters are likeable (And unlikeable when that's intended), and the art for this whole experience is incredibly well made, as well as the OST. It may not have as many paths as say Slay The Princess, when it comes this genre... but it more than makes up for it in my book. If I was to be critical of any part of it, it would be that very lack of paths... as I would love to have more, but that's a very minor complaint~ Overall I give this a 9.7/10~1 found this helpful
Music-wise, Black First is a banger, and Wildness is also pretty catchy. Beyond the surprisingly good soundtrack and character design, the story is strong as well. I like the variety of endings and how each playthrough lets you see events from different perspectives - it makes the narrative feel layered and worth revisiting. It would be great to have a diary or codex that carries over between playthroughs, so you could piece everything together more easily in one place.1 found this helpful
I feel like more could have been done to flesh out the characters I could side with, or even signal more clearly who the more critical characters are. I just threw in with the biggest guy and clobbered my way to victory. Then I got the gay ending. Hooray!1 found this helpful
