Fun game
It's ok for a humorous take on LOTR despite the 2D feel of the game the majority of the time.

Very fun game if your a Lord of the rings fan you should play this
the game is 14 years old, the default keyboard set up is horrible, & right from the start, they ask u to select a character with a wheel of choice, very unpratical to use in the middle of the battle, and when u r set on the character and stop holding the key for the wheel, nothing happens and you can t even select the character and move forward.
Let me just say that I don't have nostalgia for this game. I only played LEGO starwars as a kid. That being said, this game is actually really fun and polished. Plays smooth, uses some audio from the movies, puts a funny spin on a lot of scenes from the movies. It's a great LotR game, a great LEGO game, a great game. Really fun. Also I played more hours offline on steamdeck. That's another thing. It's steamdeck certified, (I play it exclusively on deck) and is perfect for deck. Controls are great, and runs flawlessly.
