About Little Postman

You are a little postman exploring different archipelagos. You move safely tile by tile on a grid-based environment. You will find some magical triggers that allow you to rotate small islands. By modifying the landscape, do your best to create a path towards the end of each level and give letters to the inhabitants ! Each of the nine levels propose a unic puzzle around this concept.

A nice relaxing puzzle game where you must rotate a map to make bridges to reach the goal. The dev is a real genius and a good game designer. The map looks like something you would have built as a kid while playing with figures. I love this. If only I had a black and white cat as a companion, then that would enhance my postman experience.

"Little Postman" is a simple and unambitious puzzle game from Itchio that doesn't even seem like it was designed with the PC in mind as a gaming platform... I mean... I don't think the developer even looked at what contemporary PC games look like before deciding to publish this. Do they know about Cyberpunk 2077? What do you do in the game? Well, it's not great. You negotiate little puzzle levels by rotating platforms around. Basically get from A to B by moving along a path, and choosing to rotate sections of path around until you get to your destination. Amazing, what a time to be alive. This was released on Steam in 2023 where it competed with gamers time against Jedi Survivor, Alan Wake 2 and Baldur's Gate 3. Do game developers seriously not look at the competition before they stamp out this low effort shovelware? This is another case of Itch failing the one single job it has... to protect and preserve the gaming industry from badly made amateur games, by creating a containment zone to isolate amateur drivel, reinforced with endless participation trophies and high-5's every time an amateur dev manages to get their build to compile. Regrettably, in this instance, amateu…

I haven't played much, but I intend to play it a lot more. Very interesting little puzzle game. I play it with the toddlers in my house. I ask them to help me figure it out and they really feel like they are helping. Very cute, interesting little game.

Cozy game, all you have to do is rotate the platforms making up the map until a path is clear to the goal. Very minimalist with almost no normal written text. It's short, took only about an hour to complete with there bring 9 levels. There are better and worse ways to spend about an hour. Thumbs up since it's free!

It is a VERY short game, but a nice way to spend 30 mins of your downtime. I honestly wish there were more puzzle stages and perhaps the ability to zoom in the camera as it can be difficult to tell where you little guy is on the map when moving the pieces of the puzzle platforms. You basically solve the puzzles by moving the platforms to reach an end goal. cute and cozy game!
