Binding the "reset everything" key next to the "rotate tile" key was a really dumb choice. Keys cannot be rebound. Audio levels will randomly change after altering them once. Sloppy, sloppy work. Refunded.
Great puzzles, awful programming ruins it
I was on the edge already and originally gave this game a good review out of good will towards the franchise, but after playing level 25 I have to change my review to a negative one. I found the solution quickly and put the stop signs right at the train crossing where it had to be, but still the bus kept crashing into the train. Turns out it was because I had chosen 3x speed. Once I changed to 1x speed, everything behaved as it should. Seriously, how underperformant can your game be, and how ♥♥♥♥ can your programming be that your solution failing or working depends on the game speed you choose to let it run at? I still love the puzzles themselves, but the game is much worse than the predecessor, railway islands. One reason for that is the resource intensity. Where the predecessor game played smoothly with my surface pro 7, this one has the built in Intel Iris Plus Graphics chip operating at 100% permanently, even on the absolute worst graphics settings. And I don't see the reason for it, as the graphics look no different to me than the predecessor game. The delayed mouse movements & stuttering are really annoying. Another reaso…

TLDR: Puzzles and visuals are great, but everything else is low effort with some game breaking bugs forcing restarts. This is a wildly mixed bag and to me suggests that either it's an asset flip or the puzzles themselves are taken from someone else's game, more likely the former probably. PROS: + The puzzles themselves actually seem good and are fun to solve. + Graphics and vibe are cozy. CONS: - The blocks themselves in later levels seem to randomly misalign and cause trains and cars to crash. This cannot be fixed without reloading the level and losing all progress. Multiple people mention this bug but the developer ignores this. - Game lacks polish and the dev seems to clearly put quantity over quality. Very small QoL improvements that people asked for, like the ability to rotate titles with the mouse, are not being implemented, even tho it would be a trivial task. - Game is extremely short and has zero replayability. - The order of puzzles seems somewhat arbitrary, with some later levels being some of the easiest.

While an interesting mashup of 'Puzzle Car' and 'Railway Islands 1 and 2,' this game is frustrating, not by the puzzles, but by the controls. The camera is super sensitive with the mouse and unlike the other 3 games mentioned above forces you to rotate pieces using the Q / E on the keyboard to rotate pieces, so you HAVE to play using it. You cannot play the game with just the mouse and there is no controller support. This is very annoying and for these reasons alone make it my least favorite of the series. If you don't mind this you will have a good time with this short puzzler. One other note Dev --- Not sure why, but my laptop fan kicks on super quick on this game. Maybe take a look at what could be causing this within the code that my computer has to work harder than it should to run a simple game.

Yes, the game is well made, but it is addictive for a maximum of 40 minutes. I also want to say that the concept is not bad but clearly not suitable for 2025 Overall rating 5/10 The game is addictive but not for long.
