About Lootun
Lootun is a semi-idle game that allows you to create teams of up to 3 and send them off to clear dungeons for you while you equip, salvage or upgrade the items they find.
Steam Demo:
Lootun offers a Steam Demo allowing you to play the game up to level 50. Demo saves and achievements will automatically transfer to the full version.
Core Features:
Lootun offers 4 core classes to choose from each with a custom set of skills and 3 Ascendancy Classes to upgrade into.
There are a total of 28 default skills and 28 cooldown skills available. Each skill has 8 different passives to choose from allowing for a wide variety of builds. In addition each Class and Ascendancy Class offers a total of 25 passives to choose from.
500+ Equipment Items to collect, providing a high level of customization when equipping your adventurers.
100+ Monsters and 50+ Bosses to fight each with their own selection of abilities and item drops.
14 Flasks to craft and upgrade allowing you to augment your combat experience depending on your needs.

Upgrades:
As you progress through Lootun you will be able to use your acquired materials to purchase powerful, gameplay altering upgrades including the ability to collect more, better quality, equipment, unlock crafting, professions, a flask system and powerful socketable gems.
Lootun provides a number of powerful automation features such as auto salvage, automatic ability casting and automatically restarting combat upon defeat. Such automation features allow you to have multiple teams of adventurers active at once.
Endgame Challenges
Test the strength of your teams against challenging 6 Character Raids for powerful endgame rewards.
In-game Glossary:
Lootun provides a comprehensive in-game glossary which attempts to provide all the information you may need while playing. This glossary includes a breakdown of game mechanics and descriptions of every attribute.
As you progress through the game you will unlock additional information about each monster you encounter, the abilities they use and the items they drop. In addition information on every item, flask and enchant is available to unlock including drop locations and bonus attributes.

This game used to be fun. Dev made game and had mechanics and people figured out a META and all had fun.; Dev decides to fight player META with nerfs and that makes game worse. META changes is not new content, it's just a punishment to players who figured out how to have fun and push power creep. This isn't fun for me.3 found this helpful
It's an alright game for 5 bucks. It scratches a bit of an itch for gear rpgs but really we probably just need a good rpg. In any case, I don't think the progression is super fun in this game. I think the way its setup is cool ...the problem is its just chasing one step of better gear after another. It's too difficult to be building many characters and at the pace loot comes in it can be a bit overwhelming to manage. And in reality you just need minimum gear to push unlocks and then once game is 100% you can really dig in I would assume. But might be burnt by then.2 found this helpful
More interactive than Melvor. By that, I mean that equipment choices matter depending upon abilities chosen, especially Mage (it's more than Numbers Go Up). I still don't understand a few areas (upgrading buildings specifically and missing gathered resources) and wish there were mouse-over quick tidbits of info with links pointing to the very large glossary of information that I will read over soon while my poor minions go fight more battles. Otherwise, it's a fun idle game.1 found this helpful
By far the best of its kind.
Oh look, a visualized spreadsheet. You adjust equipment, let the game run, come back to scrap almost everything, then repeat. Yawn. This isn't a game, it's a spreadsheet, and it's boring and samey.
Pretty dope game for old lazy people like myself. I used to have a blast spinning my brain and burning my eyes out and getting carpel tunnel for 12 hours a day but it takes a toll. Gamers (tennis) elbow. loss of sight, alcohol addled brain, yup give me a game like this to still get that dopamine fix
