Spring break at the school academy. It is a season filled with both expectation and hesitation as I enter my new life as a student at a new school. I, Ogisawa Asaki, have just moved from the quaint surroundings of my hometown to a new place: the town of Hanao Usaka.
My new home is my grandmother’s house that also functions as a café. Due to my grandmother’s recent illness and hospitalization, however, she was forced to close the café until further notice. When I heard about my grandmother’s situation from Chisato Komada (a childhood friend who is like an older sister to me), I looked around the desolate café and my heart was filled with a sense of loneliness. It was then I immediately thought:
“I want to bring the shop back to life again and show it to grandmother…!!!”
We renovated the inside of the shop and gave it a new name. We prepared a new menu and café uniforms and began the hiring process to find new, part-time staff. Right away two girls, Niwasaka Rira and Shionomiya Richer came into the cafe.
“Um… would it be ok if we worked here?”
An unusually strong breeze blew cherry blossom petals inside the shop and they fluttered and danced around the cafe, myself, and the girls around me. This could only be a premonition of the bittersweet tale that would soon follow…

i love naco's art so i bought this vn to appreciate it coming to life. the story is really bland so far 3 hours into it, but i do plan to finish it for the most part. i also like how rira is a pretty realistic character who doesn't know how to talk to people and understand social interactions, some vn's / animes don't quite do it right or overdo it without understanding how it actually works. there's some parts in the game that could have used frames but instead uses the characters for it. examples being meemaw not being shown despite being an important reason for this plot, ineracting with people or animals. it feels lazy since alot of other vn's use simple art for interactions like this even. i do however wished they did more research about animals if they intend to put them in the game, because there's a scene where a rabbit comes about, and makes the most unrealistic screeching noises and takes a bath? (both of which does not resemble a rabbit at all ; they could have just used a cat.) i enjoy easy going and cute things, so i'm not too picky. it's okay if you just want something mellow, extremely simple and cute, but for those who want a vn with depth and details, this prob…
It's a cute story, and it's pretty short, the H-scenes are detached from the main game so unless you want to read those you aren't missing anything, it is not for those who want a deep or engaging story though, it's for those who want something cute and to turn their brain off for a few hours

TL;DR Get it on sale I wish there was a MID or neutral button. The common route (until first choice) is long and rather boring. Only once the heroine routes begin it gets interesting. Two endings. That's it. Oh, and DLC being not free adds a little bitterness to all of this. That's why I'd recommend wishlisting it and wait.
