Terrible game that runs like dog water and the dev is the worst kind of person. Instead of being grateful when large streamers give a fair chance to his game, he sends paid shills to write fake comments on their streams.. Bottom of the barrel behavior. Avoid this dev at all cost.

Well I saw this game very cheap and it had a 10% discount so thought what is there not to loos. To be fair there is a fair few negative reviews and I can see why. It is not optimised at all/. My laptop fans were on full blow which I would not expect for a game like this. I have a ailen ware area 51 laptop with RTX 5080, Ultra Core 9 and 32gb of ram. this is a beast of a laptop and should be seeing the lag I seen. About the game play it self it reminds me of the dig a hole type game collect resources power up better axe etc. its addictive. though harsh at the same time. The day night cycle needs work, way too harsh. there needs to be a warning at least. the day night cycle logo does not really make sense. The hoover sword what is that all about to use it you must keep you finger on the letter H while using the other keys to move. I think a better idea would be a teleport or fast travel. The developer has put in walls with each tree type but you end up using most of your stamina getting back and forth. I think that to help with the frame rate. So I've played for about 3 hours so, I've pretty much completed it. I will warn you though.. [b]DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS[/b] They are wrong, I have a 4080 Super, once you get halfway through the Birch trees, you'll be getting [b]11 FPS[/b] if you have the same card, there's ZERO optimisation, and the game uses a ton of CPU. If you have a lower system spec to mine (profile), you will not get on well with this game, it needs serious reworking of everything. Now.. If you still want to give it a go, then go for it, it has a low price for it's low quality. Best start by getting your stamina maxed as soon as possible, you'll need to focus on the stamina mainly, with some inventory every now & then, you can upgrade your strength & axe also, which will help get more resources. I assume it's a Developer that's learning how to make games, it's not terrible, but Dev focus should be on improving the FPS, lowering the CPU, and then AFTER that, adding more things to do.. slowly.

Had to refund this game, you are basically getting punished for upgrading your axe. Sure you need less stamina to chop down a tree but the tree drops more wood and you need more stamina to pick up the wood than you needed to chop down the tree.

Had no problem with it. It needs some QoL like -autohack trees (Hold mousebutton) -EVERYTHING cost stamina, even picking up logs so you must have 10 stamina potions with you. It´s pretty annoying. -You have to all the way home just to sell logs, not throwing them as in the other game. TLDR: Game needs alot of QoL and shape up, now everything mostly is annoying to do.

I like the idea of this game, some nice soothing deforestation. But for now, there are some problems that make me not want to play: 1. I can only play a few minutes before the lag gets unbearable and I have a pretty decent computer. 2. It's pretty easy to max out your skills, but even fully unlocked, your stamina is pitiful. Of course that isn't a big problem if you have to quit out every couple of minutes... Still, I was hoping to unlock a deeper set of skills or something. There's no real feel of progression, which is kind of the point for games like this imo. 3. I can't figure out how to pick up more than one type of wood. If I do so, the sell price defaults to the cheapest option. Assuming this is a bug. 4. Everytime I restart the game, all the chests reset. So this ends up being a chest game not a logging game because you can't pick up enough logs to make money with the limited stamina. 5. The logs exploding all over the map is annoying. It would be great to have an auto pickup skill. I know this is all sounding real negative but I still think the game has potential and it seems like the developer is jumping on the bug fixes so I mean this to be constructive. Edit: Wow, OK…
