About Mad Pack

Mad Pack is an MMO game that continues the tradition of old role-playing games but brings the mechanics to a new, modern level. Try on the role of one of the three classes (Warrior, Archer, and Mage) to stop the invasion of monsters on the Shard.

Key Features:
 • The class system. Each class has its own unique abilities and battle tactics, and their combination will help you cope with even the most difficult opponents.
 • Rogue-like elements. Check how far you can go in the battles on the Shard.
 • Loot generation system. It will be very difficult to find two identical things. Choose the equipment that suits your style of play.

Coming soon:
 • Full multi-level campaign
 • Hell Mode: Go from defense to offensive and reach the source of the invasion. Hell is much hotter than the surface!

Mad Pack attempts to build an engaging MMORPG experience by blending classic 2D role-playing traditions with structured, action-focused rogue-like elements. While the premise of choosing dynamic character classes to clear monster-infested sectors initially looks quite promising for a quick fantasy fix, spending exactly 15 minutes inside the client is more than enough to see that the execution is severely bottlenecked by heavy technical neglect. The central issue that ruins the experience almost immediately is the atrocious networking layout. Even basic server connection phases fail consistently, leaving you trapped in persistent multiplayer stutters or complete unavailability loops before any actual progression can begin. When you manage to bypass the broken connectivity, the core gameplay loops quickly dissolve into a buggy and highly unbalanced grind routine where mechanics like skill-point allocation and economy tracking feel completely broken. It operates more like an abandoned prototype framework than a stable, functional online title. While it successfully respects your active Steam showcase by completely omitting tedious tracking achievements, it simply fails to respect your …

Mad Pack is a multiplayer action RPG from Liga Robotov that combines familiar role-playing progression with fast combat and online cooperative systems. Built as a free-to-play experience, the game takes inspiration from traditional dungeon-driven RPG design while introducing roguelike mechanics and MMO-style progression loops meant to keep players invested over long sessions. Rather than focusing heavily on narrative storytelling or cinematic presentation, Mad Pack places its attention squarely on character growth, loot collection, and surviving increasingly dangerous encounters. The game throws players into a world threatened by monsters where advancement depends on persistence, combat efficiency, and building stronger characters over time. At the beginning, players choose between several class archetypes that shape how they approach battles. Whether stepping into combat as a melee-focused Warrior, a precision-based Archer, or a magic-oriented Mage, class selection immediately influences strategy and playstyle. The differences between combat roles create enough variety to encourage experimentation, giving players reasons to return and explore alternative approaches. Combat serve…

Was actually a VERY fun little RPG styled 2D game. Had a blast when the servers were up. Pretty impressed for how small the dev team was and you could truly see the potential it had. (Keep in mind the most recent reviews are when the servers have been shutdown for years already. They are reviewing a inaccessible game LOL)

This was an extraordinarily bad attempt to make a co-op RPG (at least the Russian developers didn't try to call it an MMORPG) with 2D retro graphics and weirdly imbalanced and janky RPG mechanics. It's thankfully light on the cringey fan-fiction writing that tends to accompany these amateur Steam Direct jobs, but that's countered by almost-as-bad combat heavy gameplay. RPGs can be great fun, but only when they're made by great developers who know how to balance narrative, plot, and the sense of adventure with equally engaging, compelling RPG mechanics. You'll find neither of those here. "Mad Pack" is a failed multiplayer game. Why is it dead? It's time for a video game autopsy! Most multiplayer-only games on Steam fail. Very few of them ever go viral. This game failed because the developer expected it to become "virally" popular without creating any actual reason or compelling features. This doesn't do anything that other games already do better. Competition amongst multiplayer centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this par…
