Madness Beverage

[h1]Way too janky and amateurish to be recommended.[/h1] In the end Madness Beverage looks and play like all these shovelware asset flips. Disgusting graphics, the colors are so saturated it looks nauseous, there is way too much chromatic aberration it's not even funny at this point. Cutscenes and voice acting are ridiculously bad, main protagonist is constantly throwing cringe slurs one liners. Most weapons don't feel satisfying, maybe okayish ones would be the sniper, shotgun and rocket launcher (which is a poorly done Unreal Tournament rip-off) . There are many broken scripts that only trigger when all enemies have been killed, add on top of that really bad level design for almost every levels the game have to offer and you get everything to annoy the players. All in all terrible gunplay, trash animations, list goes on, pretty much nothing to save here. If you like old school non stop action fps like Serious Sam and can tolerate the insane amount of jank then maybe give it a try once it'll be heavily discounted (max price recommended would be 3-4€) Game finished in around 3 hours in normal difficulty. I've been playing for 30 minutes and I still haven't even caught a glimpse of the game's main mechanic. What I HAVE seen is not the nicest of welcomes. Mazelike level design in the WRONG way, generic and uninspired weaponry that doesn't even feel nice to use, equally generic and uninspired music and the player character having a REALLY annoying voice. Not worth your time even at a steep discount.

This action game has peculiar atmosphere to it, but I didn't quite enjoy the action part. Shooting feels shallow, sound effects are weird, and there's no feeling of impact when you hit your enemies. Needs lots of work to become better.

I don't even know where to start: The action is boring The weapons are lame The monsters are bland The blur when running is nauseating The running just stops on reload and I have to pound the key again to start up The levels lack detail so it easy to get confused even with a notification on where to head The save system sucks The characters one liners are annoying The music is just as annoying Do I really need to go on? I've done almost 80 reviews. There are a lot of games I don't recommend...but I find enjoyment in them...so i keep them around. There are about 5 I haven't. They get removed from my computer and the title is hidden so I don't have to see it again. Madness Beverage is one of those titles. Don't buy this game on discount. Don't even download it if it is free.
