AVOID! Abandoned project! Purely as a game (not anything to do with my little pony) this is terrible. You can have fun with it yes, but if you want to explore all, play all minigames, and get all the achievements, that's when you very quickly and clearly notice how the developer failed. Starting with the broken menu, not only hard to figure out how it functions, but objectively broken (by the way you can actually lunch the game in CRT visual that I prefer). The game is always by default on ''Hardcore mode'', if you die once all saves and progress gets deleted. I really was thinking about creating a guide for new players and old ones to finally know how to optimize your time to get all the achievements, play all minigames and get all 30 soundtracks. Also how to use and the menu before lunching the game. But if the developer does not even bother with his own project why should I? (there are some misleading guides, they erroneously tell you where a pony is when it is actually in another biome) Another big disappointment is there is not game + I had to play the full game 3 times to finally understand how and where the controls/buttons are and what they do. I'm a casual player who usually just wants to play the game from start to finish, and from my experience, it's a good game. I like the music too so might purchase the soundtrack. It's a 2D game so its enjoyable on low end hardware as well. it's challenging and fun which is all I need. a few things I have against it though is certain things bug out like the dialog box not showing all the text in windowed mode, and I wish there was some post game at least and let you keep your save instead of just wiping it once the game is beat, that's why I have backups of it when I found out so if I ever wanna come back to it I can. but in a way it reminds me of some old games that don't save after it's beat like Paper Mario. overall, its a good mlp fan game that's free and only 83mb. this is part of why I love the mlp fandom.
