I got into the Fandom though the book so it was to my surprise when Mr Hyde had been twink-ified. 10/10 love this game so far2 found this helpful
it's the most accurate to the book adaptation fo the story i've ever seen
An amazing game, even if short. If you already like the original novel by Robert Louis Stevenson, this game is for you! It adapts the book much more faithfully than most movies and definitely the musical. It is also told from two different perspectives, so it has a tad more insight than the novel. There are some minor additions that aren’t present in the original story, but they blend in perfectly with the elements already present in it. The achievements can be a bit tricky to get, but there is a guide in the steam community for the game once you play through it and won’t spoil anything for yourself anymore. The best way to get them is to try to talk to everyone and click on everything that seems at least slightly significant as you play through the game, but we understand many people can find it tedious. Plus many such opportunities can be missed, as there are plenty of them. The guide helps with that. You can learn a lot about Victorian England and London from the London Files, at least as a jumping off point. So it’s somewhat educational too. And we don’t think the game would be better if it was longer, because then it wouldn’t be this close to the original novel. Overall we hig…

I can definietly recommend it to people who are a fan of games based on other media, but also to those who never heard of this book beforehand (Its me). If accuracy to the original material is important to you - This is the game for you. The artstyle and artwork are very fitting too and it`s nice to look at it, simple but maybe that`s the charm. The only issue one could see, are the character designs of Mr. Hyde and Mr Enfield but I personally, am not even complainig. Overall, I had alot of fun, on this short journey! I hope MazM: The Phantom of Opera, will make me feel similar way.
