UI too small. Unplayable. I don't know what is it with some of you game devs, that you make UI so small. no matter is it little indie game or AAA title. When you program the game, do you have some 80 inch monitor 30 cm from your face? It's like in music production, when you do mix the music, listen to it with different devices, like low end stereos, crappy computer speakers, headphones. You people... your equipment is too perfect and HIFI to make games or music for ordinary user. You should have included UI scaling option at least2 found this helpful
Some of the font is too small for laptop users. it hurts my eyes. i don't even care to check the quantity of the order because of the font. I think the dev need to be aware of this. It ruins my experience.2 found this helpful
this is a very small demo and is ofc very limited, but honestly i've been so obsessed with it lol. I replayed it a few times already and is a ton of fun, i look forward to see where the game goes!!!!!!
v0.2.1 has a really slow start on all 3 levels where you buy then sell 1 item type door to door as you spam click each town to see if you now have a quest to keep an item. Feels arbitrary, obtuse, and not engaging. I also became richer than the towns, meaning I couldn't sell their quest item. Honestly a fun problem to navigate but I wish it were easier to track the wealthiest town. Would help if Tier 2 and 3 items had a higher value but produced slower. Tutorial is great but it doesn't introduce the people you can hire to upgrade your stats. I don't want 5 options for haggling on EVERY trade, thats so overkill. Maybe just quest items? I wish I could trade something to increase production time without defeating the time management entirely. I still have no clue what reputation impacted. Would be cool if it did more than tweaking economy rate like being banned from town for a bit. Really satisfying buy/sell loop but its very cumbersome on Steam Deck (controller). Also UI text is really small and hard to read in general.
It's free to play, fun game loop- pretty short though albeit fun!
Very nice game!
