About Mega City Parkour
Mega City Parkour is all about exploring a massive Cyberpunk / Sci-Fi city of the future. There is no score, no killing, no quests – only fun exploration.
The detailed center of the city is a little more than 1km2. The surrounding suburbs and industrial areas add an additional 10km2 of explorable area. The city is 100% open and ready to explore immediately.
The player has full control over the weather with 13 weather conditions, as well as the time of day.
You can explore the city with a car, a flying hover-car, ziplines, rope swings, and of course parkour. The parkour abilities include 24 styles of vaulting, mantling, climbing, sliding and, more.
The game requires a good PC to run. With a PC equipped with an RTX-4080 GPU I achieve 50 FPS at 4K resolution on “high” graphics settings, and on a laptop equipped with an RTX-1650Ti GPU I achieve 50 FPS at 1080p resolution on “medium” graphics settings. The game has instructions in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Russian.

I don't want to be mean, because this is clearly somebody's passion project, but don't buy this. As of right now, it is largely nonfunctional, and the parts that are seem amateurish. The heart and soul of this game is the city. I get the feeling the creator just really liked making cyberpunk cityscapes, and everything else was an afterthought. The city is genuinely cool, some parts more than others, but you still get the feeling that most areas were individually detailed, the kind of thing that doesn't get done unless someone has a passion for detailing. The architecture is also really impressive, there's very few duplicates of large buildings, most of the buildings are unique which you don't often see in games. This was made for the joy of creating it, and that's fine, but I don't think it's a good experience to play. Here's some of my issues (from most to least impact of my opinion): [list] [*] The city is absolutely lifeless. There's almost no ambient sound or sound effects, nothing really animated except a couple signs and some trains, the entire city feels like a ghost town, and not in an eerie cool way. [*] The settings reset periodically, meaning if you crank the …8 found this helpful
The vehicle controls are hard to control. The character has an issue as it just freezes in place and you cannot run. The discord link for the game is inactive. I have posted a question of where to report bugs. As the state that the game is in currently, I cannot honestly recommend it. Update: The developer has appeared and it looks like the dev is now actively working on the game.1 found this helpful
