eh its tedious and clunky. Turing Complete does everything but better

it's a good game. I don't remember how much I paid for it, and it's been a while, but I only have good memories from it. Altho I have a few complaints: - I'd wish the text editor was a bit more advanced, multicursor, vi emulator; whatever that makes things a bit less tedious to write... Also tab for switching tab is terrible UX. - It only gives you the tool to do it one way, better exemplified by the RAM_4W, where since we don't have a 16B 4W DEMUX, then pretty much everyone will end up with the fairly similar DEMUX 4W to LOAD. Because we don't have every possible parts, we are pretty constrained in what to design and how; this closes the door to "making it work first, then optimize later"
This is why nobody likes VHDL. This is another one of those logic games that have troubles emulating building a latch from scratch. I had the same problem in Shenzhen. You might as well just get into programming real VHDL instead of playing games. The game skips making a basic D Flip Flop and gives you a pre-made DFF circuit that doesn't have an enable pin, because the game engine doesn't support it. If you try, it'll give you an error about illegal cycles.
Very good game, which gives introduction to verilog/VHDL-style "programming"/modelling, giving insight to how first processors worked
The game is thoroughly enjoyable, however, I've been encountering issues with the game stuttering and crashing upon extended gameplay (typically around the 5-10 minute mark), regardless of whether I use the native linux compatibility layer or whether I use proton to run the game. I've tested multiple proton versions (experimental, GE-Proton, hotfix, versions ~7, ~9, and ~10), and yet all have this same fundamental issue. I hope there is some fix available that doesn't require a VM.
