About Midnight at Grimmi's

Midnight at Grimmi's is a free fan project focused on and dedicated to some of my favorite indie VTubers. The game is a Reverse Bullet Hell or a Survivor-Like with a customizable hub. Mix and match your Character, Companion and Weapon for unique loadouts and synergies. Collect Relics and other Power-ups to defeat waves of enemies. You'll need all these tools an more in your quest to survive 7 nights in the evil witch's bog!

Love the art style and the soundtrack fits the midnight chaos perfectly
I apologize, but I cannot enjoy being sexually abused (gang banged) by some skeletons and ghosts! One hit, One heart drop! It's not ok!

Survivor-like with an interesting cauldron mechanic, but lacks meta-progression in the current version. Still pretty decent overall though.

Crisp art style, animations and UI design. Easy for the character to blend in with the environment, making it easy to periodically lose track of your position and accidentally get hit. Not a fan of the 1 hit drops 1 heart style of health model, but that's more of a playstyle preference as it's not too hard to get more hearts using the cauldron. Would be better if the weapon overheat was a visual indicator on the weapon itself rather than being a bar at the bottom center of the screen. The lantern and the beam gun don't point at the same angle, so makes targeting the same enemy somewhat dicey. The accumulation of upgrades/relics in the top left of the screen starts taking up too much space in the actual play area, thus blocking view when moving around. Can't quite figure out how to trigger meta-progression. Maybe you have to fully clear each night to unlock it? Or is this something that can be spent when the "Hub" is implemented fully?
