Mighty Math

[h1]Simple but challenging arcade game combined with a bit of math[/h1] A novel idea, in [i]Mighty Math[/i], using a numeric counter as the vehicle, you pick up blocks of arithmetic operations of plus or minus a value from 1 to 9. You lose if you pick up an operation that takes you outside the range of 0-9, but you [i]have[/i] to pick up a number of blocks to survive a wave. [h1]Gameplay intensifies[/h1] While it's initially rather easy (if you can do these simple operations in your head), it quickly becomes quite challenging as the number of blocks per wave increases and they start to change shape or rotate. This particularly makes it more difficult to distinguish between sixes and nines, and the latter [i]kills[/i] if you're not set for it. Who knew nines could be so dangerous. Finally, later on the level itself transforms abruptly for a short time, which is disorienting and surprising when it happens for the first time. There's three "bombs" to clear the field but you need to be careful to be able to pick enough blocks to finish the wave. [h1]UI issues[/h1] I played using fullscreen. It's an interesting and unique concept.. but it's just honestly not a game I'd ever personally play for more than 30 minutes or so. And at a $4 price tag, I know I can find indie games that I'd have more fun with and play much more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-P3RKM8apY I don't want to "not recommend" this.. but keep in mind that you're paying a premium at $4 USD for a pretty simple game that likely only take the developer just a few hours to develop. RECOMMENDED.. but if you're looking for a good "bang for your dollar", this is NOT it. "Not Recommended" if that your situation. Puzzle games like the EXIT games are MUCH better values in my opinion. (EXIT, EXIT 2, EXIT 3 and the bundle)

This is a review for Mighty Math Mighty Math is an arcade math game where you collect numbers to add and subtract your total amount. The goal is to collect a certain amount of math numbers while staying somewhere between 0 to 9, any higher or lower will result a game over. Precise calculations is important for survival. The game is really simple to play, but after a few rounds, more numbers will appear from every side of the screen to cause confusion and difficulty. While this is a simple yet fun game, my only drawback to it is how it feels a bit under utilized, it has the potential and I believe that it can be expanded upon with missions and multiplayer. It's always nice to try new things after all. Over all, while it may not be the most expansive game when compared to other Treefall Studio titles, I would still recommend this to those who would like a unique challenge.

A fun and addicting score attack game. Nearly 3 hours into it I still have not managed to reach the final achievement. If you're into going for high scores in games you'll get pretty good mileage out of it.
