About Mind Muscle VR
Have you ever felt that you are secretly capable of much more? That your body can do more, but you have not unlocked this inner ability yet? Allow us to help bring out that part of you with this training.
Improve the connection of your nervous system to your muscles, increasing the gains that you make when you work out. By exercising your nerves (even just once!) you could make your muscles perform faster, stronger, and better in every way.
Perfect for:
Athletes wanting to maximize their performance.
Power-lifters looking to push their body to it's real limits (or better).
Elderly or disabled people who want an easy but effective workout.
A pre-workout pump.
Changing your body into the shape you want--using your mind.
Rest days.
Simply pick up the virtual weights and use the guided movement meditations to enhance your muscular performance.
There are no points, no tracking, and no gold stars to achieve. Use this as a tool for your advancement.
There is no special state of mind to achieve. Just feel into the sensations of your own body as you listen to the guided audio. This will improve the precision of control that you have with your body.
You may want to return regularly for a refresher, but even just one focused practice session can have a profound effect on your future workouts, making your muscle control very precise.

This isn't a game or even a useful app. You can only teleport or walk around. The only thing you can interact with is the dumbbells and you simply magnet hand them attach to your hands. If you try to punch the punching bag, your hand will simply go through it. The only sound is the sound of the dumbbell dropping to the ground. There isn't even any music. It's just not worth the download.10 found this helpful

Mind Muscle VR is a free VR experience about working out in a gym. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. No music or background sounds, dropping a weight makes a thud. You can grab dumbbells from long distance using the Force and throw dumbbells. Has teleport movement and snap turning. You only have Hands. There is only Dumbbells that you can lift. The devs have data that supports doing what little exercise there is here in VR is good for your body. Might be good program for a Oculus Quest 2 headset, where you can take it into your gym and lay on a bench while curling weights. CONS: - Does Not work with Index controllers. Try it, if you like lifting dumbbells, but it is not useful.5 found this helpful
First, thanks for making this app, I loved it! It took a little doing to figure stuff out, but it works great on the Oculus Rift. There actually is a lot to do. You've got your free weights you can lift. You've got a couple of benches to lift those suckers on, or carry them as you jog about using the left thumbstick. I'd heard there was zero audio so I popped onto YT and put one of those self help books on. I'd lifted some weights and figured out how to jog around the room, when I hit the Y button out of curiosity. A menu popped up with meditation tracks to guide you through the workouts. I only did the intro, but there are more like back and legs, etc. It's a nice gym for visualization or a light workout just to get moving. Oh, you can at least run up the steps and down again. I wish the treadmills and other goodies worked, but it ain't bad for what's here. It's free so give it a spin.2 found this helpful
Before I played Mind Muscle VR, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
1 found this helpful
