Minigunner®

I played the demo at PAX West 2026, and won a small plushy for this game for getting the highest score for the whole weekend and I liked it enough to get the game. The game is a very solid top down twin-stick shooter base defense with roguelike elements. The items are similar to risk of rain 2, where you're expected to collect a ton of items throughout the waves and that you can get multiple stacks of an item to increase the effectiveness on top of the unlocks, which are achievement based. While the game is perhaps a bit light on content, having only 1 set map for all the runs and you fight the same bosses every 4 waves currently, there is enough fun/replayability to be had still, with the different characters and how different it can feel depending on what items you have. I'm looking forward to the 1.0 release!

Had a ton of fun playing, really enjoyed the rougelike elements and the items in that system allowed for a lot of creativity (from what I've played so far).

This game is fire. the art and music alone is great and the gameplay is smooth and fun!

Fun bullet hell rouguelike. Theres multiple characters to unlock woth unique learning curves and items that cater to them. Theres tons of stuff to unlock via various challenges so you can definitely get a lot of mileage out of this game! Combat is fluid and bosses are well designed. My only complaint is that the upgrade system feels a bit random compared to games like hades which can add to replay-ability but can make it difficult to design a dream build.

Solid game. Fun rogue-like, with a novel flow - you defend a nexus from waves of enemies, then fight a stage boss with bullet-hell dynamics, and then upgrade your character with currency from the previous phases. Multiple characters, but only one stage (with changing gates / barriers to keep it novel). Difficulty can scale quite a bit. Good music, cute art.

This game has potential mixing tower defense with a bullet hell game, but didn't find it very fun. Your weapons and powerups seem very underpowered unless you stumble upon a legendary which is pretty hard to get. As a result, this game is very difficult past the first boss. This is playing on easy mode which is not easy for this shooter veteran. Would be significantly better if you had more useful weapon and item pickups with crazy synergies like Enter the Gungeon. I want to like this game--the towers are a nice touch (they aren't that helpful), but it's a very poor imitation of that game including the first two bosses are almost imitations of ETG. I'm willing to have a look at this game once the full release hits as maybe more stuff will be added.
