This game is a strategy game where you place monster and merge them to become powerful, the strategy is required too. The bad side of it is you can't store monsters on your deck and some monsters might be unbalanced. Also, the achievements still don't work. Won't go hard until it is updated.

Monster Grid is a neat little auto battler that I found enjoyable because it keeps the actual fighting simple while putting most of my attention on preparation. I build a team of monsters, place them on a grid and then watch them battle automatically. I liked that the game makes positioning and team composition the main focus instead of asking me to control every attack manually. The grid system is where most of my decisions happen. I need to think about where I place my monsters and how their strengths work together before starting a battle. I enjoyed experimenting with different arrangements because even a small change in positioning can make a team perform differently. It gives the otherwise simple battles a nice strategic layer. Customizing my monster team also keeps the progression interesting. I can build around different combinations and gradually work out which types of teams suit my approach. Since the battles play themselves, finding a good setup feels satisfying because I can see the results of my decisions immediately.
