Monstrous Liberation takes an unconventional approach to the fantasy visual novel genre by blending comedy, adventure, and mature themes into a story that is surprisingly rich in personality. I liked this one a lot! It's by the same team as Opporunity: A Sugar Baby Story, and you can feel the same creative DNA in both projects. The characters are well-written and fun, the actual prose is fun and witty in a Pratchett-esque kind of way, and the art is very good! It's also quite creative with how our main heroine interacts with (ie, bangs) the monster cast. I'm also pretty excited to see where the actual main story ends up going! Honestly the only real downside is that since the game isn't finished, I cannot binge through to see how it ends. I'll be keeping a close eye on updates, though!

Love the dedication to making each monster's nature shine in their quite inventive (and hot) sex scenes. The silly-horny prevailing tone is fun throughout, I chuckled and rolled my eyes (positive) plenty of times at Sasha's dorkiness. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here!

Was looking for VN games for a while and was struggling to find actual good plot + smut. Unfortunately VN makers can never give both, but I find this one of the few that does both! If you're expecting gameplay like some other ones, I would look for a different one. This is more for people don't want to do all that. (I'm one of those people...) This is like choice based stories. I think the smut scenes are actually unique as well, it's not like most I see where it's the same damn boring bs. So hopefully that helps anyone looking.

very enjoyable visual novel, structured around small vignettes focused on individual members of the ensemble cast with occasional interludes to advance the overarching plot and some asides to show interactions between different characters. The writing is excellent quality, although I would say it's more of a romp than an extremely *deep* story so far. The art is charming and my only critical thought is that I would like to see more of it! 9/10 from me, excellent indie game, highly recommend
