Steam Deck "Playable" status is inaccurate. Default controller settings do not work. Changing to keyboard and mouse template lets me start a new game, but nothing can be done to continue past the opening text.

Well balanced and challenging with good replay value. Took a second to get used to the new seed-growth mechanic, but discovering new ways to manage progression was really rewarding. A bit addictive in regards to unlocking everything.

-clicks go back from mountain- -loads in to everything reset to game start- .... This feels like a hobbiest learning project and I would judge it to be worth around 3$. The gameplay cycle is not that pleasant.

Enjoyable. It's not a game where I feel there's much point in playing after you've gotten all achievements, but I found getting all achievements to be fun. I found a lot of my fun in figuring stuff out, from initial confusion and failing, to heavy optimisation at the end. There's not really much to say, if it looks fun, it probably will be. Its not an endless time sink, but not everything needs to be. Solid 7.5/10 for me.

A plot of land, a limited number of days, and a "puzzle game" where success determines how many days it takes for plants to grow. Pretty compelling by itself, and improved by a very simple town mechanic (as a level up stand in). Though it kinda tacks on forcing you into a second maze area thing where you can collect herbs, solve puzzles, and occasionally run across a merchant. The aggravating part of this is that it ties you to completing two of those puzzles with what could be too much time, or an utterly unfair amount of time when access those puzzles is gated behind too many useless trees/stones (even with fully upgraded blacksmith have been energy gate kept from finding two puzzles, and with some combination of speed/boom/moon/firefly potions). Completing two puzzles three/four times in a row in order to unlock some things, and the ability to stay a little bit longer at your plot (and unlock the final maze area thing). Honestly these areas weaken the game as a whole for me. Have also been painfully haunted by the game not seeing chopped wood as wood-boards in my inventory at utterly random times, utterly gating away some necessary tools.
