Mount Wingsuit

As someone who has flown a wingsuit in real life about 20 times, I think this game is incredible. Playing in VR on the Quest 2 and touch controllers, The controls feel a bit similar to real wingsuiting. I didn't really need much of a movement tutorial because I just did what I would do in a wingsuit basically. While I understand the learning curve will be higher for the average person, and this game is not easy (even if you know how the controls work), the payoff for getting it right is sick (just like the real thing). I'm amazed at how realistic some of the movement controls for barrel rolls, flips, and particularly back flying are. I was flying between trees on my back. I crashed into the donut sign on a donut shop trying to fly through and the crowd grasped, which I thought was hilarious. Stalling the wingsuit at low speed and feeling the controls getting sloppier is similar to real life. Its obviously not perfect, and sometimes I get weird feedback from my controllers which can break the immersion, but this is definitely the first good real wingsuit sim I've played thus far. Having bought this back in 2016, long before I had any sort of PCVR setup, I'd dabbled with it, enjoyed it and then forgot it about it. Once i got a PCVR setup in early 2021 I gave it a go in VR and found it... eh. It was okay, but tricky to control. While I couldn't quite put my finger on why it wasn't really working for me, it just kind of didn't. When the MW2 control scheme was back-ported to this a couple or so months back I decided to give it another go and... hell yes! Suddenly it worked. Suddenly it stuck. Suddenly it felt right and made sense. I'm now 12 play sessions into trying to get perfection on every single drop and having so much fun doing it. If you have good VR legs and think a wingsuit simulator sounds like a lot of fun I highly recommend this. I played using both an original Vive and the Index. Both times it worked perfectly. Not sure what the other reviews are about it not working. It works fine for me and its super fun!

Nice game, physics feels realistic.Many fun tasks and achievments. Can`t understand the negative reviews about the controls.Playing with xbox controler in VR, and no issues here

Yo. This is on sale for 2 bucks n change right now. Just get it. If you clicked it cuz ur curious, im here to say its worth the regular price tag, and a NO brainer for 2 flippin dollars. Play it with a gamepad and a VR headset. arms out vr play is no fun imho, not enough control by a long shot. Strong stomach suggested because flight. tons of lines to fly, and the challenges are a-plenty.

Do not listen to any of the reviews that praise the controls, or say they are fine. They are absolute garbage. You cannot drop anyone into this game and expect them to have fun or figure it out, even if they are a VR veteran. And for $15???? The devs must be on something.
