Oku's village used to be a quiet place where the gnomes lived happily without a care in the world. Then one day, Akuyaku the evil immortal vampire gnome came around. He enjoys wreaking havoc and inflicting chaos wherever he goes. No one is safe from his constant annoyance!
The king ordered the court's grand mage to devise a solution to permanently stop the calamity of Akuyaku.
By invoking the powerful magic of the ancients, the mage materialized an imposing magical diamond.
With its great powers of vampire gnome somnolence, the diamond succeeded in making Akuyaku asleep without interruption for years.
But the mage had better things to do and forgot to maintain the diamond, and little by little it lost its power as the seasons went by.
Now, with the diamond depleted, Akuyaku wakes up again, fully restored by a good nap and with a plan in his head.
With a mighty vampire spell, the diamond was split into several shards that got sent to the most unreachable places around the kingdom.
The gnomes got lost trying to retrieve the shards, and now Risu, the flying squirrel, is the only hope for gathering all the shards back together (and maybe the lost gnomes).
Let the adventure of Risu, the flying squirrel, begin. Release the Musasabi!

This is a very fun game! The enemies can be tough at times, but with a bit of practice, they become manageable. The art style is cool, and the controls (gamepad & WASD) feel great. One small downside is that you can't use the mouse in the menu, but the arrow keys work fine. The gameplay has a slight Super Mario Bros. feel, but it's definitely not a copy. It's lightweight and runs smoothly on almost any PC. If you enjoy parkour-style platformers, this is an amazing value! Highly recommended! 🎮🔥

I did not expect to like this game as much as I do. I love the aesthetic and the gameplay was engaging and fun.

Another day, another squirrel game that I suddenly found and played. Good nuts: - Dynamic gameplay - Cool special effects - Awesome music - Some replayability because gems spawn differently when replaying the level - Small gems show you where to go - Intro and ending are better than in most squirrel games Not very good nuts: - Game does not show the amount of collected gems or saved gnomes - Music is not written for this game - It's way TOO SHORT, can be beaten in half a hour That was fast and fun, I just wish it lasted longer...

It is a very fun game! The enemies can be tough at times, but with a bit of practice you'll easily get them. The style is very cool looking and the controls (gamepad & WASD) are great. It threw me off a bit, that you can't use your mouse in the menu, but you can use your arrow-keys. The gameplay reminds me a bit of Super Mario Bros. but it is in no way a copy-cat. It is very light-weight, it will run on pretty much any pc that can run Steam. Overall: If you like parcour games, you will like this. It's an amazing value! Very well done!
