The first Nancy Drew game in the series, and a remaster at that? It's not too shabby. The puzzles were engaging, and the mystery was excellent. I couldn't help but feel nostalgic seeing the graphics—they reminded me of the Flash games I used to play as a kid. The story is great, and the tension stays high throughout. My only real issue is the heavy use of word puzzles. They were definitely fun, but there were so many that it started to feel a bit excessive. I spent quite a while solving them before I could finally crack the case. Overall, I'd give this one a 10/10, and I'm looking forward to playing more of the series!

i honestly liked the first version of this game * sob cries * i did not like the new graphics, did not like the story tweaks, and really did not like the change in the ending. meh, maybe i am just whining because they tampered with a childhood fave. who knows.

the game wont work, sadly. theres a manatee wearing boxing gloves as the icon and throws an error code when i try to launch. wish i could play it!

its ok

A little dated, but the nostalgia from reading these books when I was growing up makes it worth it. I think I actually had a couple of these games for Windows xp or something, but I don't think I ever finished them. Some of the awards are a little tedious, but not a big deal. I'll let other completionists have fun with Barnacled and Pop Prankster (Poor Connie has enough to worry about without the latter testing her patience)
