This Nancy Drew game is one of my favorites. It somehow manages to be good, while simultaneously being fun. I like when games are good because then, when I play them, I have a good time. This game certainly does that.

Nancy Drew: Warnings at Waverly Academy, developed and published by Her Interactive, delivers one of the most engaging mysteries in the long-running detective adventure series by placing players inside the halls of an elite boarding school where ambition, jealousy, and hidden secrets collide. Nancy Drew goes undercover as transfer student Becca Sawyer after a string of disturbing incidents threatens the lives and futures of the academy's top students. Anonymous messages signed by the mysterious "Black Cat" create an atmosphere of constant tension, making every conversation and discovery feel important. The boarding school setting is an excellent choice for a detective story, as its close-knit community naturally breeds suspicion while allowing the mystery to unfold at a steady and believable pace. The game's greatest strength lies in its storytelling. Rather than relying on dramatic action or supernatural elements, the narrative focuses on clever investigation and character-driven suspense.
